As we wrap up 2025, it’s the perfect moment to reflect on a year filled with growth, teamwork, and meaningful milestones. From new partnerships to major achievements and plenty of fun in between, our team continues to make Superior Aluminum a truly special place to work and grow.
Here are some of our favorite highlights from the year:
January – Launching Our First Ever Health Plan Challenge
We kicked off the year focusing on wellness and employee engagement with our very first Feeling Superior Health Challenge. Associates took big steps toward healthier habits, setting the tone for a positive and energized year.
March – Industry Connection + Community Support
We hit the road for the LMC Annual Meeting in Phoenix and connected with valuable partners. But we didn’t stop there, Superior associates also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, giving back to the community we proudly call home.
April – New Membership + a Special Visitor
We officially joined the ABMDA 2-step distribution member group, strengthening our channel partnerships and industry reach. We also welcomed the Easter Bunny for a festive and fun visit with the team and their families!
May – Cornhole and Camaraderie
Our first ever Cornhole Tournament delivered the perfect mix of friendly competition and springtime energy. It was a crowd favorite, and we hope to do it again!
July – A Company Event to Remember
In July, we took the celebration to Country Concert for our company event. We enjoyed hot weather, cold drinks and our awesome team; that’s hard to beat!
August – Series 5 E Pipe Rail Hit the Market
We are so excited to have a new offering in our Series 5 Pipe railing that is perfect for the water treatment market!
September – “Be Like Dave” Blood Drive
One of the moments we’re most proud of: our “Be Like Dave” blood drive helped save 48 lives. Thank you to everyone who stepped up in honor of Dave’s legacy of giving!
October – A Month Packed with Accomplishments
We were honored to be named one of the Dayton Region’s Fastest Growing Companies, a reflection of the dedication and hard work of our entire team.
We also welcomed local students for a successful Manufacturing Day, giving the next generation a look into modern manufacturing careers.
To top it off, we hosted our first-ever Putt Putt Challenge for associates. It was a hole-in-one for team fun.
November – The Giving Tree
Our team came together once again to support a local shelter through our Giving Tree initiative. It’s a privilege to give back and help create a brighter holiday season for others.
December – Record Sales!
We ended the year on a major high note: record sales and our best year ever! An unbelievable finish and a tremendous achievement by every department.
Wins All Year Long
2025 wasn’t just about big events — it was also a year of continued progress and team building, including:
- Multiple visits from our valued reps and installer partners
- Two “Healthy Habits” Lunch & Learns
- Two team step challenges
- Several delicious team lunches
- A fun upgrade to our anniversary wall: bobbleheads
- New additions to our Engineering, IT, and Production teams
Every one of these moments contributed to a stronger culture and a stronger company.
