JOB SUMMARY
Superior Aluminum Products in Russia, Ohio recently celebrated a major plant expansion after being in business for 69 years. Our success has been supplying aluminum railing, fence and columns for building projects across the United States. We now have an immediate need for one full-time, 1st-shift, railing assembler to join our team. The standard 40-hour work week is Monday-Thursday from 6:00am-3:30pm and Friday from 6:00am-10:00am. Required overtime hours typically include Friday afternoons until 3:00pm.
On the job training will be provided over the course of several months. Opportunities for promotion and advancement may be available for those that excel in this role.
We are a family owned business with approximately 50 production associates and a very clean production facility.

EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
This position requires operating a screw gun and utilizing various other hand tools to fabricate aluminum railings. Opportunities exist for advancement to positions with more skill and responsibilities. Ideal applicants will be experienced with hand tools, have a proven attendance record, the ability to stand for long periods on a shop floor, a willingness to cross train in multiple departments to benefit the team and an interest in efficiency and our continuous improvement objectives.
Must bring a positive attitude and solution focused mindset that will integrate well with a company culture of respect for others, collaboration, open communication and continuous improvement.
